This private beach villa ” Kas Playa” is the most exclusive villa on the Caribbean Island Bonaire. The villa has a 100 feet wide natural private sandy beach, stunning views to the small island Klein Bonaire and because of the location it is only 10 minutes walk to the center of Kralendijk.

The 5 spacious bedrooms all have private bathrooms with a rain shower, toilet, double sink and an invisible automated climate control system. The beach villa has a 50 feet wide infinity swimming pool with sunbeds in the water.

The kitchen is from the high end brand “Bulthaup” and is equipped with 2 ovens of from the brand “Miele”, a Bora induction cooker, large luxury Gaggenau Refridgeratro, wind fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor there is also a luxury private gym with high quality Life fitness equipment like a rowing machine, treadmill, cross trainer, power station and dumbbells.

Stunning very comfortable oceanfront villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. Private pool with hot tub. Luxurious fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, stove, ovens, microwave and large European fridge. All the appliances in the kitchen are from the high standard European brands Miele and Bosch. The large living room has a comfortable lounge sofa with coffee table. The dining table can also be used as a professional pool table. Around the pool table you will find also books and games.

Outside on the terrace there is a large dining table and lounge set with coffee table. The gazebo with lounge sofa and palm leaves covered roof offers plenty of shade. You will also find a rinse tank and special closet to store and dry your diving gear. Outside is also a large BBQ which you can use. If you like to work out during your vacation you can use the professional work out equipment. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. All the bedrooms, kitchen and the living room have A/C.
