This private beach villa ” Kas Playa” is the most exclusive villa on the Caribbean Island Bonaire. The villa has a 100 feet wide natural private sandy beach, stunning views to the small island Klein Bonaire and because of the location it is only 10 minutes walk to the center of Kralendijk.

The 5 spacious bedrooms all have private bathrooms with a rain shower, toilet, double sink and an invisible automated climate control system. The beach villa has a 50 feet wide infinity swimming pool with sunbeds in the water.

The kitchen is from the high end brand “Bulthaup” and is equipped with 2 ovens of from the brand “Miele”, a Bora induction cooker, large luxury Gaggenau Refridgeratro, wind fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor there is also a luxury private gym with high quality Life fitness equipment like a rowing machine, treadmill, cross trainer, power station and dumbbells.

This villa contains 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms plus the possibility to put in extra beds. 2 Bedrooms with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the second floor, one has its own steam shower and one has a luxurious bath. And last but definitely not least there is a bedroom with en-suit bathroom on the ground level with a window that lets you see the underwater area of the swimming pool!
Still not enough space for your entire group? There is a possibility to rent the villa next door. The villas are “connected” by sliding doors that can be opened so you have room for 8 more guests and access to a communal outdoor dining area with build-in BBQ’s. On the first floor there is a modern and fully equipped open kitchen with high end appliances. The spacious living area has wall to wall sliding doors which ‘disappear” into the wall when fully open.
